From a small platform with big dreams, kis888 has grown into one of the most trusted and most actively used online gaming destinations for players across Malaysia. This is our story.
Kis888 was built on a simple belief — that Malaysian players deserve an online gaming platform that not only delivers high-quality entertainment, but also operates with full transparency, fairness, and respect for its users.
When the kis888 founding team first stepped into this industry, the core challenge they identified was a glaring gap between what Malaysian players wanted and what most platforms at the time actually offered. Unfriendly interfaces, slow deposit and withdrawal processes, limited game selections, and sluggish customer support — these were the pain points that drove them to build something truly different.
With a team comprising technology experts, user experience designers, and individuals who truly understand local player culture and needs, kis888 was built from the ground up with one single goal: to be the platform Malaysian players are genuinely proud to use.
Today, with over 500,000 registered members and more than 1,000 game options spanning Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Bingo, fish shooting games, and much more — kis888 continues to grow not just as a platform, but as a community of players who support one another and share positive gaming experiences.
Every decision we make, every feature we develop, and every service we offer — all of it flows from this clear vision and mission.
Six key advantages that make kis888 the first choice for Malaysian players seeking a truly satisfying gaming experience.
All transactions and members' personal data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading financial institutions. Your account is secured with two-factor authentication and a real-time unusual activity detection system.
Deposits via FPX and major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank complete in seconds. Withdrawals to your bank account are processed within 15 to 60 minutes — among the fastest in the industry.
From modern video slots with stunning graphics, Live Casino with real dealers, multi-league Sports Betting, interactive Bingo, to thrilling fish shooting games — all available on a single platform with no account switching required.
The kis888 platform is built with a mobile-first approach. Whether you are on Android or iOS, all games and features run smoothly directly from your mobile browser. A dedicated app is also available for a faster, more responsive experience.
The kis888 support team, fluent in both Malay and English, is ready to assist you at any time via live chat, email, and instant messaging channels. No automated bots that fail to understand your questions — we prioritise real human support.
From a generous welcome bonus, weekly cashback, and weekend promotions to a VIP member loyalty programme — kis888 consistently ensures our dedicated players get the best value from every ringgit invested on our platform.
